A woman with a cane, a sanitation worker with a stick and a neighbor with a bat helped fight off three dogs that bit three people in Anacostia, witnesses said. News4’s Paul Wagner reports.

A police officer found the man’s body in the car shortly before 4:15 a.m. at the intersection of Stanton Road and Mississippi Avenue SE. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
